About the Role

We are seeking an Academic Mentorship Professional to provide holistic guidance and support to students, fostering their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate Conversions: Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments via multi-channel engagement; drive the student journey from initial contact to program completion.
  • Onboarding Expertise: Guide students through detailed orientation, timelines, and milestones; coordinate handoffs with operations to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Excellence: Leverage CRM tools to maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, track activities, and generate weekly reports for informed decision-making.
  • Partnership Development: Establish targeted relationships with schools, influencers, and ambassadors to generate referrals and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Educational Guidance: Clearly communicate pathways, timelines, and expectations; address concerns regarding fees, fit, and safety.
  • Achieve Performance Targets: Meet or exceed monthly conversion and collection goals while maintaining high-quality customer experiences.
  • Progress Reporting: Regularly publish dashboards on key performance indicators, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Professional Integrity: Engage only consented leads; maintain accurate and complete records.

Requirements:

  • Experience Required: 3–6+ years in education services sales, preferably in the Indian market, with a proven track record of consistent conversions.
  • Results-Oriented Background: Demonstrated success in closing paid enrollments and meeting monthly targets within a dynamic sales environment.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Intercom, is highly valued; experience with HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce is an asset.
  • Tech Savviness: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, basic analytics awareness, spreadsheets; ability to work with call recording/QA systems.
  • Effective Communication: Strong English and Hindi skills; proficiency in additional Indian languages is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Command of funnel math, including attempts, connects, show-ups, close rates, and collection rates.
