Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assurance Associate to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality client service, developing strong working relationships, and collaborating with teams to understand clients' businesses and challenges.

  • This position requires the ability to participate in a range of projects, demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, initiative, and timely completion of work.
  • The successful candidate will develop and demonstrate an understanding of our audit approach, methodology, and tools.
  • You will perform audit procedures and tests in accordance with our audit methodology based on the overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed.
  • Identify accounting and auditing issues; discuss with the audit in-charge to solve issues that arise.
  • Assist the engagement team in preparing audit reports and management letters.
  • Exercise professional skepticism, judgment, and adhere to the code of ethics while on engagements.
  • E nsure that documentation is compliant with quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant/ACCA/CPA with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong data analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as the position requires frequent communications with clients.
