About Our Mission

Our mission is to transform the creator economy and redefine how people shop online. We aim to provide a highly personalized shopping experience for users, guided by content creators, enabling them to find exactly what they want in a short time.

Our Team

Our team was founded by 3 friends from college, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours. We started our journey in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but couldn't. We are based out of Gurugram and have recently raised a series A round of funding.

We present an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space.

What Would You Be Doing?

1. Collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs to track the performance of our products.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
4. Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
5. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics and drive iterative improvements.
6. Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on the performance of our products and recommendations for future enhancements.

What Are We Looking For?

If you have a strong background in data analysis or have worked closely in the social media space, we would like to hear from you.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Python (highly preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
