Client Servicing Professional

    Never Grow Up is seeking a skilled Client Servicing Professional to join our team. As a Client Servicing Professional, you will be responsible for working with key brands to create engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms.

    Your primary focus will be on driving content strategy that aligns with the brand's philosophy and objectives. You will work closely with our writers and designers to create snappy, superbly written and designed creatives that engage existing followers and attract new ones.

    You will also be responsible for understanding stakeholders and creating communication for different cohorts. Your ability to establish rapport and possess excellent project management skills are must-haves for this role.

    If selected, you will work on campaigns across various digital platforms, develop innovative solutions including content management and maintenance of the brand's digital platforms, and prepare reports on a monthly basis with quantitative and qualitative analyses of the brand to enhance future strategies.

    In addition, you will utilize analytics to analyze and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns. We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Client Servicing team member or similar role, preferably with an agency background.

    Ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media strategies is essential.
