Job Title:School Assistant Network Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced network professional to lead our dynamic team of networking professionals. As the ideal candidate, you will spearhead network operations across all branches, ensuring a robust and secure IT infrastructure while driving efficient processes and managing daily operations for our cybersecurity and healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise daily network operations to ensure optimal availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure across all branches.
  2. Develop and implement network-focused IT processes to enhance performance, strengthen security, and enable scalable operations.
  3. Maintain consistent network service delivery and clear communication across Chennai and other branch locations.
  4. Partner with cybersecurity and healthcare teams to ensure network services meet business goals and comply with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Fortinet firewalls (FG200F), Sophos, and D-Link switches/APs for configuration and management.
  • Proficiency in IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, SD-WAN, BGP, MPLS, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
  • Experience with LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, Azure MFA, DUO, Okta, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Active Directory/Azure Entra ID.
  • Skilled in Wireshark, TCP Dump, Traceroute, nslookup, Curl, PRTG Network Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana for performance analysis.
