We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Manager to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging YouTube influencers to drive brand success and organic video views.

Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating a high-performing network of influencers, focusing on YouTube creators who align with our brand objectives and target audience. Your expertise in creative concept generation will enable you to develop innovative marketing strategies that cater to diverse geographies and stages of the marketing funnel.

You will oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders. Additionally, you will leverage data-driven insights to scale our influencer marketing efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage a high-performing network of influencers, prioritizing YouTube creators aligned with our private brand objectives and target audience.
  • Develop innovative marketing concepts tailored to key geographies and various stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery from brief to reporting.
  • Strategically leverage internal data and content capabilities to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer marketing is essential.
