Financial Services Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to manage the execution, documentation and timely approval of project deliverables. This includes controlling scope, executing the change management process as needed.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex large-scale Oracle EBS implementation/upgrade projects. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and articulate end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the execution, documentation and timely approval of project deliverables
  • Control scope and execute the change management process as needed
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of overall technology experience, preferably in Oracle EBS technologies
  • 6+ years of experience in managing complex large-scale Oracle EBS implementation/upgrade projects
  • Hands-on and good understanding of Oracle Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, CE, FA, XLA, SLA)
  • Candidate should have minimum two end-to-end Upgrade/implementation of Oracle Finance
  • Candidate should have hand-on experience in Oracle finance cloud configurations, Data Conversions, testing covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, cash Management and expense management
  • Ability to lead and articulate end-to-end business processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Team Management, Communication and customer interaction skills
