Job Title: AI/ML Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Large Language Model (LLM) applications, focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and model deployment.
  • Implement Generative AI solutions for text generation, summarization, code generation, and other Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks.
  • Develop and optimize Machine Learning (ML) models using classical and deep learning techniques.
  • Build and integrate retrieval systems using vector databases like FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  • Optimize and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
  • Develop data pipelines for training, validation, and inference.
  • Work on scalable AI solutions to ensure performance and cost efficiency in deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, and RAG architectures.
  • Experience working with vector databases.
  • Knowledge of ML algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and AI/ML model deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
