We are seeking a skilled AI/ML expert to join our team in creating innovative financial solutions. This part-time remote position offers excellent growth opportunities and the chance to work directly with our USA-based team.

About the Role

  • We will be working on designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models for various financial services applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to implement automation, analysis, and decision-making solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python are required, along with familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Leveraging AI/ML tools, frameworks, and architectures is crucial for experimentation and production systems.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet compliance, accuracy, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in Python programming.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • A strong problem-solving ability, with the capacity to work independently, is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in generative AI applications for finance.
  • Understanding of R and statistical modeling.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools for deployment and monitoring.
  • Exposure to regulatory and compliance considerations in the financial services domain.
