Job Title

A software tester with experience in Pega automation and marketing campaign testing is required.

Key responsibilities include creating test cases, developing automated tests using C# and maintaining test documentation.

  • Developing test plans and execution reports as per technical and functional requirements.
  • Writing test scripts for API testing using POSTMAN.
  • Conducting integration testing and end-to-end regression testing.
  • Collaborating with the development team to identify root causes of defects.
  • Managing defects through to resolution and working closely with stakeholders.

Required skills include experience with Pega/Campaign Management (CCM), strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign testing, with exposure to PEGA, CCM, and Agile delivery methods.

Responsibilities also include ensuring timely release and management of campaigns from an accuracy and quality perspective, adhering to campaign design and risk guidelines.

Responsible for resolving escalated campaign quality issues and contributing to the refinement of QA guidelines and standards.

  • Hands-on experience with POSTMAN for API testing
  • Development and maintenance of test documentation including test plans and execution reports
  • Conducting integration testing and end-to-end regression testing
  • Collaboration with development teams
  • Experience in Agile delivery
  • Attention to detail and trustworthiness

Additional responsibilities include working experience in agile delivery, planning and coordinating program of work for multiple agile squads.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality output and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
