Store Manager Job Description

This role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing staff and inventory efficiently. A key aspect is working closely with team members to maintain high operational standards.

  • Manage the store's workflow to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise and manage store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.
  • E nsure the store complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
  • Oversee local purchases and cash register operations, ensuring accurate reconciliations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires specific skills and qualifications:

  • A commerce background with a graduation degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in store management within an industrial setup or plant.
  • A customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills.
