Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the capacity of Senior Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of search execution, including managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of relevant experience and possess excellent communication skills. They will be well-organized, proactive, and adaptable, with a calm and unflappable temperament.
In this role, you will work closely with consultants to prepare client pitches, conduct research, and manage candidate interviews. You will also be responsible for creating detailed proposals, job specifications, and client-facing profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments
- Conduct research and create detailed proposals, job specifications, and client-facing profiles
- Work closely with consultants to prepare client pitches and manage candidate interviews
