Co-Founder Opportunity

Ethyx is a pioneering platform converging finance, technology, and sustainability.

This unique opportunity invites a co-founder to join our founding team, contributing significantly to shaping the company's direction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with government agencies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Design and implement innovative financing structures, ensuring alignment with Ethyx's mission and values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, driving outcomes and securing funding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine products, services, and processes.
What We're Looking For:
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, able to thrive in ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • A creator mindset, comfortable with sketching on a whiteboard, structuring deals, and designing systems.
  • A go-getter drive, focused on outcomes rather than effort, with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • A financial commitment, contributing capital for 3.5% equity.
Success Metrics:
  • Established partnerships with at least three government agencies or financial institutions by Day 30.
  • Developed and implemented two financing structures by Day 60.
  • Signed MoUs with two government agencies or financial institutions by Day 90.
  • Pilot programs up and running, with at least one conditional TS and one MoU with a bank/NBFC by Day 90.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
