Job Title: Frontend Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Engineering Lead to spearhead our frontend engineering efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern frontend technologies.

About the Role:
  • Leverage technical expertise to lead frontend engineering teams and drive technical direction
  • Mentor junior developers, architects, and engineers to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Develop and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices to ensure high-quality applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks to improve application performance
  • Architect and build responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and other modern frontend technologies
Technology Expertise:
  • Demonstrate expertise across a broad range of frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, React Native, Flutter)
  • Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance
Quality & Performance:
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality applications
  • Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams
  • Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders and team members

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Strong command over React and React Native is a must
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is a plus
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
