">Job Title: Wet Etch Equipment Engineer">Description:

This is a challenging role that requires skilled professionals to perform in-depth corrective and preventive maintenance on 200/300mm Wet Benches and Single wafer processing tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and chemical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Conduct complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis using Fish bone/8D methodology.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth production operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and chemical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
