Equipment Sourcing Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Sourcing Specialist to oversee end-to-end equipment and/or materials sourcing processes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and strategic goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of semiconductor equipment and/or materials, fostering strong relationships with suppliers.
- Develop supplier performance metrics, driving quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement budget-friendly solutions.
- Support and conduct supplier quality improvement and development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in equipment and/or materials sourcing, preferably in the Semiconductor/OSAT industry environment.
- Experience working in greenfield or startup environments is a plus.
