Job Title: Senior AI Model Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Model Designer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative AI models that meet the needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and Developing AI Models: Creating architectures, algorithms, and frameworks for generative AI.
  • Implementing AI Models: Building and integrating AI models into existing systems and applications.
  • Working with LLMs and Other AI Technologies: Utilizing tools and techniques like LangChain, Haystack, and prompt engineering to improve model performance.
  • Data Preprocessing and Analysis: Preparing data for use in AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Testing and Deploying AI Models: Evaluating model performance and deploying them to production environments to maximize impact.
  • Monitoring and Optimizing AI Models: Tracking model performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing models for better results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Programming Skills in Python: Proficiency in Python programming is essential for AI development.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs: Understanding the principles behind these technologies and how to apply them effectively.
  • Experience with RAG Pipelines and Vector Databases: Familiarity with building and using retrieval-augmented generation pipelines to enhance model performance.
  • Familiarity with AI Frameworks and Libraries: Knowledge of popular AI frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, Haystack, and open-source alternatives.
  • Understanding of Prompt Engineering and Tokenization: Ability to optimize prompts and manage tokenization to improve model accuracy.
  • Experience in Integrating and Fine-Tuning AI Models: Proven experience in deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience with Cloud Computing Platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure): Helpful for deploying and managing AI models at scale.
  • Familiarity with MLOps Practices: Knowledge of building and deploying AI models in a scalable and reliable manner.
  • Experience with DevOps Practices: Ability to automate the development and deployment of AI models.
