AI Model Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and optimizing machine learning models with a deep understanding of both statistical theory and modern AI techniques.
This role involves working on high-impact projects from prototyping to production, collaborating with engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems using AI.
Key Responsibilities:- Research, design, and implement machine learning models for predictive and generative AI applications.
- Apply advanced statistical methods to improve model robustness and interpretability.
- Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and ensemble techniques.
- Perform large-scale data analysis to identify patterns, biases, and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Work closely with ML engineers to validate, train, and deploy the models.
- Education: PhD or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in algorithm development and optimization.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Power BI).
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
