Backend Engineer Position

This role focuses on backend systems and software development. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java, Spring framework, and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in solution investigation and alignment with other teams;
  • Design and implement backend solutions using microservices architecture;
  • Collaborate closely with QA CoP (Center of Practice) teams to integrate quality assurance tooling and processes within your team's application;
  • Promote and implement test automation;
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, development, testing, and deployment;
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience with Java 11+ and Spring framework;
  • 2+ years of TDD/BDD practical application;
  • 3+ years of working within Agile practices and knowledge of Agile values & principles;
  • Strong understanding of automated testing and different levels of tests;
  • You can understand the architectural landscape and technically investigate and implement new features independently;
  • Passionate about writing clean, modular, testable code designed with architectural principles in mind;
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices (container orchestration, monitoring and alerting);
  • Experience with relational/non-relational databases;
