Job Description:

As a seasoned backend engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure applications. Your key responsibilities will include taking ownership of large product modules, championing their scale, stability, and long-term performance.

You will work closely with architects and engineering managers to evolve and innovate enterprise-class products. Additionally, you will participate in the hiring and onboarding process of top-quality engineers within our engineering teams.

Your role will also involve working closely with frontend developers to integrate backend functionality and conducting regular code reviews and performance tuning.

  • Develop complex and scalable applications
  • Design and implement high availability systems
  • Implement Observability principles (Metrics, Logging, Monitoring, Alerting)
  • Work experience with Relational databases (primarily MySQL)
  • Prior work experience with Non-Relational databases (primarily Redis, MongoDB) is an added plus
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on algorithms and data structures. A good understanding of Distributed Systems Architectures, Micro-Services, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms (AWS,Azure, GCP) is required.

Additionally, you should have experience with development tools such as Git, JIRA, etc. and possess strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

B.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or relevant programming experience is preferred.
