Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing innovative analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits in CMOS processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, including oscillators, ADCs, DACs, temperature sensors, Integer and Fractional-N PLLs, Digital PLLs, low-noise op-amps, regulators, bandgap circuits, and other complex circuitry.
  • Analyze technology, architecture, circuit design, and parametric design trade-offs to meet aggressive technical performance specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs and efficient silicon bring-up.
  • Lead comprehensive design reviews to guarantee high-quality designs that meet production release criteria.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • M.Tech/M.S or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of taking analog-mixed signal parts to high-volume production.
  • Proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, Mixed-mode AMS tools, Layout XL.
  • Strong knowledge of layout effects for circuit and layout design.
  • Experience with post-layout extraction and verifications.
