Job Description">

As a Technical Leader in Analog Circuit Design, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of power management ICs. This includes developing voltage regulators, power converters, and other related components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ICs into larger systems.

The role involves working on a wide range of exciting and cutting-edge PMICs, including linear and switching DC-DC converters powering next-generation devices. You will have the opportunity to learn, build, and contribute to the charter for our massive Power product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop multiple power ICs with switching converters from system-level specifications to production.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges and risks.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Lead groups of engineers through all stages of IC development, handling and mitigating challenges while ensuring high-quality silicon and adhering to business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.

10+ years of experience in analog circuit design.

Solid understanding and design experience of complex analog designs with full ownership.

Chip design, verification, silicon validation, debugs, quality support, and taking ICs to production.

Technical leadership and natural team player skills are essential.
