Siebel Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled test professional to join our team as a Siebel Test Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test cases for Siebel applications, ensuring thorough coverage of sales, service, and marketing modules.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in Siebel testing, with a strong background in sales, service, and marketing modules. Proficiency in SQL skills for data validation and analysis is also required. Experience with automation tools like Selenium or UFT is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute comprehensive test cases for Siebel applications, ensuring thorough coverage of sales, service, and marketing modules.
  • Perform rigorous functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate the accuracy and reliability of Siebel applications.
  • Verify the seamless integration of Siebel applications with other systems and APIs, identifying any configuration or workflow issues.
  • Report and track defects, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for resolution.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Siebel testing, with a strong background in sales, service, and marketing modules.
  • Proficient in SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience with automation tools like Selenium or UFT is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of integration testing principles, including API and web service interactions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
