Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement testing strategies for software applications, leveraging manual and automation techniques.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes, incorporating test approaches, acceptance criteria, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on testing results, providing actionable insights to enhance software quality.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in software testing, with expertise in both manual and automation testing environments.
  • Proficiency in functional, regression, UAT, exploratory, negative, and database validation testing.
  • Experience with Big Query, SQL, Java, and Selenium.
  • Familiarity with Gherkin and its application in writing test approaches and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to implement quality control measures and assess their effectiveness.
Priorities
  • Experience with ServiceNow and GPC is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and pipeline deployments would be beneficial.
  • Background in Groovy for test automation is a plus.
