About the Position

As an Application Development Manager, you will be accountable for leading a team to design, build, and deploy applications that meet organizational goals. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Direct and manage the application development team to perform tasks, make key decisions, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Collaboration: Engage with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Problem Solving: Provide solutions to complex problems affecting the team and across multiple teams.
  • Mentorship: Develop and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, address roadblocks, and ensure projects are completed on time.
Required Skills:
  • Automated Testing: Proficiency in automated testing methodologies and tools.
  • Test Automation Frameworks: Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Continuous Integration and Deployment: Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices.
  • Scripting Languages: Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation.
  • Analysis and Interpretation: Ability to analyze and interpret test results to improve application quality.
