Database Application Trainer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Application Trainer to join our team.

  • Preparing training materials and delivering hands-on exercises for various database-related courses.
  • Engaging students in interactive lab and workshop sessions, ensuring they understand complex concepts.
  • Configuring systems and tools to facilitate seamless hands-on practices, allowing learners to apply theoretical knowledge effectively.
  • Real-time implementation of projects, enabling students to work on real-world scenarios and develop problem-solving skills.
  • Monitoring each learner's performance record, providing actionable feedback and guidance to enhance their growth.
  • Responding promptly to students' queries, offering support and clarifications to resolve any doubts or concerns.
  • Maintaining high-quality instruction to keep learners satisfied, meeting their expectations and fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with administrative and marketing teams to coordinate training initiatives, maximize impact, and drive results.

REQUIRED KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expertise in Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, advanced Excel, VBA Macros, and other DB applications.
  • Updated knowledge of the latest updates of all DB applications, staying current with industry developments and trends.
  • Ability to mentor and guide one-on-one sessions as well as corporate learners, adapting instruction to meet diverse needs.
  • Experience handling both classroom and virtual modes of classes, leveraging technology to deliver engaging and effective training.
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating clear understanding and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Student-friendly mindset, prioritizing learner satisfaction and outcomes in every interaction.
