Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Section Lead to oversee the maintenance and operation of our kiln and raw material handling equipment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for the preventive, breakdown, opportunity, shutdown, and design out maintenance of static and rotary equipment in the raw material handling section, rotary kiln, rotary cooler, and product separation.
  • Spare Equipment Repair: Managed the repair of spare equipment, including planning and coordination with stores and purchase teams.
  • Budgeting: Prepared and controlled annual and monthly budgets.
  • Audit Compliance: Ensured internal and external audit compliance with ISO standards.
  • Project Management: Oversaw the fabrication, erection, commissioning, and maintenance of new mechanical systems and structures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP system and inventory management.
