Oracle HCM Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our benefits module.

  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations.

The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts to align requirements and designs with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and maintain benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles.
  2. Support open enrollment and life event processing.
  3. Develop and troubleshoot extracts, fast formulas, and data loads.
  4. Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
  5. Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.
  6. Manage service requests and coordinate with support for issue resolution.
  7. Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments.
  8. Document configurations, processes, and change requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in benefits.
  • Understanding of benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows.
  • Proficiency in building/modifying extracts, PL/SQL, BI publisher, OTBI, HDL, and fast formulas.
  • Experience with HCM extracts and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with unified methodology or agile practices.
