We are seeking a seasoned expert in designing and implementing robust PLM solutions using Windchill at Arorian Technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in technical architecture, solution design, and pre-sales to support both implementation projects and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Design and architect complex PLM solutions using Windchill to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and technical standards.
  • Implementation Leadership: Lead the technical implementation of Windchill PLM projects, including system configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to provide technical expertise during client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Solution Design: Develop high-level design specifications for Windchill implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a technical advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Windchill capabilities, customizations, and optimizations.
  • Project Oversight: Work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure project delivery is on time and within scope.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development and implementation teams, ensuring knowledge sharing and adherence to standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in PLM, with at least 10 years specifically in Windchill PLM implementation and solution architecture.
  • Pre-Sales Expertise: Proven experience supporting pre-sales activities, including client presentations, solution demos, and developing technical proposals.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Windchill architecture, customization, and integration.
  • Strong experience in PLM system design, data management, workflows, and system optimization.
  • Experience integrating Windchill with other enterprise systems like ERP and CAD tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical teams, and clients.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹2,400,000 per annum, considering the seniority level and location. This figure is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual factors such as qualifications, experience, and company policies.
