Cloud Security Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Security Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing security solutions for AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce AWS Service Control Policies (SCP) to ensure secure multi-account environments.
  • Implement and manage AWS native security services and controls to safeguard cloud operations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security standards by monitoring and addressing security risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into AWS cloud environments.
  • Manage key operations such as AWS firewall, load balancer, instances, and native security policy configuration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in AWS native security services and SCP.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud functionality and operations within AWS.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Experience with container security tools and vulnerability scanning.
  • AWS Security Specialty certification or cloud security certification.

Good To Have:

  • Experience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Relevant cloud security certifications (e.g., GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CISSP, Azure).
  • Ability to integrate security best practices into DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Terraform and Sentinel for policy enforcement.
