About this role:

This is a full-time opportunity working remotely (US hours: 3 pm - 12 am IST).

We seek a driven Paid Social Manager for our client's team, responsible for managing multiple client accounts, driving performance through campaign optimization while building strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will focus on eCommerce clients across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROAS
  • Develop audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide recommendations aligned with industry best practices
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients
  • Expand to new platforms when relevant
