Patent Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Expert to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute their expertise and passion for patents to drive business success.

This role requires a deep understanding of intellectual property rights, with expertise in patent drafting and prosecution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will possess a strong academic background in a relevant field, such as engineering or technology, and will be qualified as a Patent Agent (Indian Patent Agent) or equivalent. They will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patent documents and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

In addition to their technical expertise, the selected candidate will demonstrate a customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patent searches and analysis to identify novel and non-obvious inventions
  • Draft and prosecute patent applications, including preparation of specification, claims, and drawings
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, providing regular updates and insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 4-8 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patent documents and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
