About this role

We're seeking skilled professionals to deliver exceptional hair and skin treatments, ensuring patient satisfaction and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide expert hair and skin treatments (mesotherapy, LLL therapy, aesthetic procedures, etc.).
  • Counsel patients on available treatments and product portfolios.
  • Maintain a courteous, sympathetic, and supportive approach with patients.
  • Operate equipment (IPL, Nd-Yag, Dermabrasion, etc.) responsibly.
  • Manage stock levels and adhere to business protocols.
  • Support patient retention and minimize dropouts through regular contact.
  • Contribute to product promotions, glow sessions, and new treatment launches.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Graduate or diploma in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Nursing, or Allied Health.
  • 1-4 years' experience in hair and skin therapy preferred, but freshers may apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and counseling skills with a patient-centric attitude.
  • Ability to manage equipment, records, and treatment protocols effectively.
