Finance and Accounting Job Opportunities

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in Finance and Accounting roles. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, including invoice processing, payment management, vendor query resolution, employee expense processing, and statement reconciliation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background in commerce, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in AP processes. They should also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices from vendors and clients, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Po and Non-Po Management: Manage purchase orders and non-purchase order invoices, resolving any discrepancies or queries.
  • Payment Processing and Banking: Handle payment processing, bank reconciliations, and other banking-related tasks.
  • Vendor Query Resolution: Resolve vendor queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Employee Expense Processing: Process employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile financial statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
