Training and Development Specialist

Deliver high-quality training programs for engineers in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, simulation, and verification.

Work closely with product development teams to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials, including lectures, labs, and exams.

Design and develop interactive training sessions, leveraging tools like Virtuoso, AMS Designer, and Spectre.

Develop strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional support during training programs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analog and mixed-signal design methodologies.

Maintain a deep understanding of SystemVerilog/real-number modeling capabilities (SVRNM/Wreal) and UVM-MS.

Ensure that all training materials meet the highest standards of quality and are aligned with company goals.

Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.

Participate in performance improvement initiatives to optimize training delivery and customer satisfaction.
