Career Advancement Opportunity: Deputy General Manager Position Available

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Deputy General Manager in our organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our business, including quality control, process improvement, and team leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet regulatory norms and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality control targets and improve process efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to customers to understand their needs and provide support.
- Manage third-party inspections and trials to develop new products.
- Collaborate with the SCM team to evaluate new raw materials and suppliers.
- Administer laboratory operations, including testing, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control or a related field, preferably in the Steel Casting Fluxes industry.
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in team leadership.
- Proficiency in MS-Office/GSuites and Factsage software.
