Gold Loan Manager Job Description

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Monitor loan repayments and take proactive measures to address delinquencies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to drive business growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the gold loan market.

Requirements:

  • Mid-level experience (4-6 years) in gold loans or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of gold loan products, services, and processes.
  • Understanding of general insurance, life insurance, home equity loans, business loans, and car loans.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in loan assessments.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using loan management software and Microsoft Office.
