**Job Title: Quality Team Lead**

The successful candidate will oversee the quality of map data, ensuring adherence to frameworks, processes and standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a key leadership role, this position involves leading a team to achieve operational goals while identifying and mitigating data quality challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Quality analysts to drive performance and meet SLAs, quality metrics and client guidelines.
  • Implement effective data quality policy and validation rules to ensure high-quality results.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of Quality analysts to optimize their productivity.
  • Track team performance using data quality KPIs and provide actionable feedback for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best quality practices and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Desirable certifications in quality management (e.g. ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control management with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Experience Required:**

  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality supervisory role or 2 years of experience in Quality Analyst role.
