Coffee procurement and quality assurance involve several crucial steps. To ensure high-quality coffee, you must evaluate beans before purchase, perform quality checks from farm collection to curing and sorting, and cup and evaluate samples to ensure consistency with export specifications.

As a Coffee Quality Assurance Executive, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the procurement process, ensuring that every step is followed meticulously. You will work closely with farmers, suppliers, and curing units to maintain strong relationships and guarantee compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience in coffee procurement and quality control, as well as knowledge of green coffee beans, grading, and curing processes. Additionally, they should possess excellent documentation skills and familiarity with export-related logistics and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate coffee beans before purchase to ensure quality and consistency.
