Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Female Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Shell Consultancy. This position is ideal for freshers who are passionate about enhancing their skills in business development. The role is available as an internship or full-time position and is based in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 0 years to a maximum of 1 year of work experience.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and account management.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our IT services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and optimize business development strategies.
- Conduct negotiations and close deals with new clients to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Track and report on sales performance, including leads, opportunities, and sales conversions.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Sales skills, including understanding customer needs and closing deals effectively to drive revenue.
- Excellent communication skills, essential for interacting clearly and effectively with potential clients.
- Proficiency in client relationship management to nurture and maintain robust client partnerships.
