This role involves creating chemistry problems, analyzing model responses, and identifying gaps in logic or understanding. The goal is to measure how well these models handle abstract thinking and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing complex chemistry problems
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on model responses
  • Collaborating with a global team to advance AI research

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • A Ph.D. or Postdoctoral degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Able to provide clear, constructive feedback with examples
  • Strong written communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a global team

We offer a flexible, remote work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. This contract assignment is open to candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing a Ph.D. in a relevant field. Time commitment options include 20, 30, or 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with PST. Engagement type is contractor assignment/freelancer. Duration of contract is one month, with possibilities for extension based on performance.
