About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to actively seek new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, and drive revenue growth through outbound sales efforts.

Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with prospects, and nurturing relationships to drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  2. Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs, educate them on our products/services, and identify sales opportunities.
  3. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting efforts to schedule qualified sales demos.
  4. Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and emails while adhering to established quality and productivity metrics.
  5. Keep abreast of product/service updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
  6. Create and maintain a database of prospective customers, including accurate records of interactions and lead status.
  7. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and optimize sales pipeline efficiency.
  8. Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  1. 2-4 years of experience in B2B HRMS or similar roles within a SAAS organization, with a focus on outbound sales efforts for the Indian Market.
  2. Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas/targets.
  3. Hands-on experience with various outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach (LinkedIn, professional platforms).
  4. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads, track activities, and measure performance.
  5. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations.
  7. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.
  8. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and skill development.
