This role offers a challenging opportunity to work on diverse projects, leveraging AI/ML tools to deliver best-in-class solutions. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will break down complex business problems into actionable ML or BI tasks, creating practical and user-friendly solutions that drive value and improve user experience.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, a sharp problem solver, and an effective communicator who can collaborate with various teams for requirement gathering, testing, and deployment. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing data-driven product features to enhance user experience and deliver value
  • Crafting ML/AI solutions to optimize internal data processes for accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborating with product and design teams to gather requirements and design data solutions
  • Coordinating with the development team for the deployment of data science solutions
  • Documenting and presenting data solutions to stakeholders
  • Conducting research and exploration of new data science products and interventions
  • Analyzing data for quality assessment and insight generation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, mathematics, or statistics from a top institution
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and programming
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, object-oriented programming, and machine learning libraries
  • Familiarity with statistics, machine learning, AI, and NLP tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of Git, CI, Spark, AWS, and data pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience: 4-7 years
