We are seeking an experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) specialist to fill a critical role within our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • MDM System Setup: Establish a robust MDM system, ensuring seamless management and policy enforcement via Microsoft Intune.
    Including user authentication, encryption, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources.
  • User Account Creation: Create an Android Enterprise Account for app store management, handling user permissions and access.
  • Device Enrollment Process: Develop streamlined device enrollment processes, including bulk and self-service options, for efficient onboarding of corporate mobile devices.
  • Security Policy Implementation: Build and implement security policies, covering encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources.
  • Integration Configuration: Configure integration with internal Entra applications and tools, establishing secure authentication and authorization for mobile users.
  • Support Resources: Provide support resources for end users and IT staff, including onboarding assistance, troubleshooting guides, and escalation procedures.
  • Environment Oversight: Maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, regularly updating policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats.
  • Mobile VPN Solution Design: Design and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution to access applications not accessible via public cloud.
  • Tier 2/3 Support Services: Provide Tier 2/3 level support services for ticket escalated for Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment/management/imaging issues escalated from front-line IT teams and other internal IT resources for Hypercare period.
  • Ownership Transition Support: Support transition of ownership and management of Intune Endpoint platform to new provider, recipient, or staff.
