Job Summary

A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the platform, ensuring smooth campaign execution, data integration, automation, and user support.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • The administrator collaborates with client marketing managers to execute daily tasks and ensure seamless campaign deployment.
  • They create and configure Customer Journeys to enhance customer experiences.
  • Lead generation forms, surveys, and content setup are built by the administrator to drive business growth.
  • Campaigns are executed and constant consultations and trainings are provided for campaign managers.
  • Closely working with CRM owners to understand data, the administrator creates Segments in Data Cloud.
  • They also assist in the adoption of the platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a SF Marketing Cloud consultant or related field.
  • SF Marketing Cloud Consultant Certified.
  • Additional SF certifications such as Administrator or Developer.
