We are looking for a skilled Life Skills Delivery Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and presenting on camera, with a strong communication and engaging personality suitable for young audiences.

The role involves delivering curriculum-based lessons to school students, adapting your delivery style to the age and background of the audience, and fostering interactive and positive classroom experiences.

You will be required to deliver educational content in one of the following languages: Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a passion for student empowerment through leadership and life skills education, as well as a willingness to receive and act upon feedback to continuously improve class delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Curriculum-Based Lessons: Deliver curriculum-based lessons to school students as provided by the organization.
  • Presentation and Engagement: Present confidently and vibrantly in front of the camera, engaging and motivating students throughout the lesson.
  • Adaptability: Adapt your delivery style to the age and background of the audience.
  • Fostering Interaction: Foster interactive and positive classroom experiences.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the academic and production teams for session coordination, rehearsal, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Teaching Experience: Demonstrated or prior experience in teaching/presenting on camera (sample video required).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and engaging personality suitable for young audiences.
  • Linguistic Ability: Ability to deliver educational content in one of the following languages: Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam.
  • Passion for Education: Passion for student empowerment through leadership and life skills education.
  • Continuous Improvement: Willingness to receive and act upon feedback to continuously improve class delivery.
