We are seeking a seasoned developer with expertise in graph theory, proficiency in PowerShell scripting and experience working with Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft Exchange, Intune and SharePoint knowledge.

The ideal candidate will also be proficient in version control using Git and deploying code using Azure Pipelines.

The team will work in a DevOps methodology, and the team's efforts will be prioritized and coordinated by the Product Owner/Team Lead/Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain applications using .NET and C#.
  • Optimize and refactor existing code to ensure high performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
  • Analyze complex technical issues and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Contribute to team agile planning activities and backlog prioritization and management.
  • Improve development processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of development activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and develop strategies and frameworks relating to their emerging demands.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and document support processes and solutions.
  • Adapt to new technologies and learn about evolving applications and systems.
  • Create documents and ensure they are reviewed and approved by appropriate stakeholders.
  • Develop applications web parts and workflows in SharePoint.
  • Estimate user stories in story points and commit effort required.
  • Deliver timely results and resolve production incidents or defects as needed.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrate accountability for own deliverables.
  • Participate in sprint activities and ceremonies such as daily stand-up, Sprint planning, retrospectives and refinements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sprint objectives.
  • Drive service improvements and knowledge sharing efforts within the organization.
  • Be available on standby for emergencies (24x7 availability schedule).
