Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. Your expertise in developing scalable applications and platforms will be essential in shaping our technology strategy.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology professional with experience in designing, developing, and testing software code. They must be adept at working in an agile environment with minimal supervision and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect requirements and design software solutions
  • Develop and test software code to meet specifications
  • Provide production support and fix bugs
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience with Python
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with SQL
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with AWS Cloud Data Platform
  • Experience with Docker containers
  • Implementation and management of cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform scripting)
  • Participation in business process analysis, use case creation, and requirements definition
  • Writing GitLab CI/CD pipelines and creating deployment automations
  • Designing, prototyping, developing, and unit testing solutions for projects and maintenance and enhancement releases

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivated self-starter team player who is organized and methodical
