About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization that involves leading the delivery of projects. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in every aspect of the consulting engagement, from initial assessment to final implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing relationships with client stakeholders and assisting them in managing operational issues
  • Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to develop a current state assessment and identifying areas for improvement
  • Analyzing client spend data and creating project deliverables, as well as conducting research into various markets and industries
  • Developing process maps, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders to draft and release RFPs
  • Supporting client stakeholders and suppliers during the bid evaluation and supplier selection process
  • Developing financial models (TCO) to understand the true cost of ownership, and presenting findings to key decision-makers
  • Evaluating suppliers' pricing proposals to identify cost reduction opportunities and drafting negotiation strategies

We are seeking an individual with prior experience in consulting or industry, specifically in operations, supply-chain, and/or procurement. A start-up mentality, problem-solving skills, and strong analytical abilities are essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office Suite is required, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
