CSR Proposal Development and Outreach Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to contribute to corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives focused on uplifting women in underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop CSR Proposals: Collaborate with stakeholders to research and draft proposals that align corporate goals with rural women-centric programs, including skilling, entrepreneurship, health, and education.
  • Establish Strategic Partnerships: Identify potential partners with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation, and present tailored proposals to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Build Capacity with NGOs: Engage with NGOs working in rural women empowerment to understand their models, impact metrics, and customization requirements, and facilitate documentation to reflect shared objectives and co-create scalable interventions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting gender-inclusive development.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
